Virtouso Society
Membership in the Virtuoso Society
is a special recognition for donors who contribute unrestricted
dollars to the Plano Symphony Orchestra at significant levels as an outright gift or thorugh a five year pledge..
The impact of the Virtuoso Society is profound. The annual unrestricted
donations from its members give the Plano Symphony Orchestra flexibility
to respond to patron needs and wishes in providing the best programming,
talent and education.
In recent years, for example, the Plano Symphony Orchestra has
been able to attract such talents as violinist Joshua Bell, renowned
pianist Marc-Andre Hamlin, vocalist Monica Mancini, and two engagements
with classical guitarist Christopher Parkening. This type of artistry
can only come from committed symphony patrons and donors.
To show their commitment to annual giving, members of the Virtuoso
Society will receive a distinguishing pin to wear during Plano
Symphony Orchestra events. Designed exclusively for the Society,
the small, distinctive pin is emblazoned with the symphony’s
official logo, and topped with a precious stone to match the chosen
level of giving. This pin symbolizes an ongoing and significant
commitment to the arts and to the Plano Symphony Orchestra. To learn morea bout our Virtuoso Society and how you acn become a member or move to the next level, please call Carlos Sastoque, Director of Major Gifts at 972-47-7262.
